Today, we have 160+ member-investors worldwide, and we are adding new investors who share our investment objectives and timeframes. We have grown in a networked way, where new investors have joined us based on recommendation of existing investors, and we will continue to grow in this way. This has ensured a high level of trust right from the start.

However, we acknowledge that there are potential investors who do not know anyone in 7Avenues, and in such cases, we have taken the time and effort to understand their investment objectives, and transparently suggested if 7Avenues offered the right investment opportunity to them.

We are here for the long term, and trust and reputation are most important to us. So in every case where a person has expressed to be an investor of 7Avenues, one of our core team executives has spoken with them personally and suggested next steps.

We value our investors. We have known many of them for years/decades, and some are close friends and family members as well. Therefore, the trust of our investors is sacrosanct for us.

The core team executives are also the founding investors of 7Avenues, and thus, there is a fundamental alignment between management and investors of 7Avenues. In addition, a large portion of the remuneration of our key executives is in stock options, which ensures that they are fully aligned with the investors and constantly look for new opportunities to increase the income our businesses.

We want to ensure that every new investor meets or speaks with at least a couple of existing investors. We believe this helps in establishing the level of trust necessary to run our fast-paced business because investors are spread world-wide.

While there is only type of share, our investors can be grouped into 3 categories depending on the combination of capital and sweat they put into the business:

We encourage our investors to take-up suitable roles in the work groups, so that they can learn more about out ventures, and also contribute from their expereince and earn sweat equity.

Our core team members continue to invest capital and career into 7Avenues and they have tied their success to 7Avenues. So whatever role you decide to take as an investor, you can be sure that we have motivated and experienced team members who are working to make our ventures successful.

All our members are investing with 5 year timeframe because equity participation in businesses like retail and supply chain ventures which will take a few years to mature and give returns. We plan to share the investment returns through share buy-back.
